Welcome to The Virtual Residency (TVR), provided by The Growth Collective, LLC (“Provider,” “we,” or “us”). This Disclaimer applies to all trainings, systems, materials, and bundles made available under TVR. By accessing or continuing to use any TVR materials, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Educational Use Only

TVR is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. It does not replace or constitute:

Clinical supervision or consultation with a licensed supervisor
State licensure requirements, board approval, or CEU coursework
Employer-mandated training, HR instruction, or compliance certification
Legal, medical, or mental health treatment advice

You agree not to rely on TVR content as the sole or primary basis for any clinical, legal, compliance, employment, or business decision.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in TVR does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

Licensure approval or advancement
Job performance, evaluation, or retention
Clinical effectiveness or client outcomes
Documentation accuracy, audit outcomes, or regulatory compliance

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or aspirational statements are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results vary based on factors outside the Provider’s control.

3. Professional Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for your clinical judgment, professional conduct, documentation, and decision-making. TVR is a supportive educational resource, not a substitute for supervision, independent clinical judgment, or professional accountability.

4. Employer Policies and Supervision Take Priority

If TVR guidance differs from your employer’s policies, procedures, or supervisory direction, you agree that employer policies and supervisor instructions take precedence.

5. No CEUs or Licensure Credit

TVR does not provide continuing education credits (CEUs) and should not be relied upon to satisfy any licensure, renewal, or board-mandated education requirement. Ongoing supervision and professional development remain your responsibility.

6. Guest Content Disclaimer

TVR may include content from guest lecturers or subject matter experts. While contributors are selected for relevance and experience, their views are their own. The Provider is not responsible for the opinions, statements, conduct, or external activities of guest contributors.

7. Foundational Nature of Content

TVR is designed as a foundational professional development system. It is not comprehensive or exhaustive. You remain responsible for seeking additional education, supervision, and training appropriate to your scope of practice, population served, and jurisdiction.

8. Accuracy, Revisions, and Verification

Training materials may be updated or revised over time. You are responsible for verifying information, cross-referencing sources, and ensuring alignment with current laws, licensure requirements, ethical standards, and workplace expectations.

9. Intellectual Property

All TVR materials—including videos, lectures, lesson plans, written content, documents, newsletters, and downloads—are the exclusive intellectual property of The Growth Collective, LLC.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display TVR content
Share login credentials or permit group access
Create derivative works without express written permission

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

10. Technology & Platform Access

TVR is delivered through third-party platforms and requires internet access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all devices or software. Service interruptions, outages, platform changes, or user error do not constitute breach or grounds for refund.

11. Confidentiality & Client Information

You may not submit, store, or share any client-identifying or protected health information within TVR platforms, reflections, or coursework. All examples or reflections must remain fully de-identified in compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards.

12. Privacy & Communications

We respect your privacy. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

By enrolling, you consent to receive program-related communications and occasional marketing emails from The Growth Collective, LLC. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional or access-related communications are required and cannot be opted out of.

13. Agreement by Use

By accessing or continuing to use any TVR materials—whether or not you actively acknowledge a checkbox—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in full.
