The Virtual Residency (TVR)

In-Course Disclaimer

Welcome to The Virtual Residency (TVR), provided by The Growth Collective, LLC (“Provider,” “we,” or “us”). These disclaimers apply to all trainings, courses, and bundles made available under TVR. By continuing in any TVR training, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Educational Use Only

TVR is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. It does not replace:

  • Supervision or consultation with a licensed clinical supervisor

  • State licensure requirements or CEU coursework

  • Employer-mandated training or HR/compliance instruction

  • Legal, medical, or mental health treatment guidance

You agree not to rely on TVR content as the sole or primary basis for clinical, legal, or business decisions.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in TVR does not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to:

  • Licensure approval

  • Job performance or retention

  • Clinical effectiveness or client outcomes

  • Documentation accuracy or compliance

Examples, case studies, testimonials, or aspirational statements presented in TVR are illustrative only. Individual results depend on external factors beyond the Provider’s control.

3. Professional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own clinical actions, professional decisions, and documentation. TVR is a support tool — not a substitute for clinical judgment or supervisory oversight.

4. Employer Policies Take Priority

If TVR guidance differs from your employer’s internal policies or your supervisor’s direction, you agree to follow those policies and supervisory instructions first.

5. Ongoing Education and Supervision

TVR does not count as continuing education credit (CEUs) and should not be relied upon to satisfy any licensing board or CEU requirement. Ongoing supervision and training remain your responsibility.

6. Guest Content Disclaimer

TVR may include material delivered by guest lecturers or subject matter experts. While contributors are vetted, their views are their own. The Provider is not responsible for their statements, actions, professional conduct, or opinions shared inside or outside the program.

7. Foundational Nature of Content

TVR is designed as a foundational layer of professional development. It is not comprehensive or exhaustive. You remain responsible for seeking additional resources, advanced training, and supervision appropriate to your clinical practice and jurisdiction.

8. Accuracy and Updates

The Provider may update or revise training content at any time. It is your responsibility to verify facts, cross-reference resources, and ensure alignment with licensure requirements and workplace expectations.

9. Intellectual Property

All TVR content — including videos, lectures, lesson plans, documents, newsletters, and downloads — is the sole intellectual property of The Growth Collective, LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute TVR content

  • Share login details or allow group access

  • Create derivative works without express written consent

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program, legal action, and recovery of damages.

10. Technology & Platform Access

TVR is hosted on third-party platforms and requires internet access. We are not responsible for service interruptions, outages, device incompatibility, or user error. While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

11. Confidentiality Reminder

You may not share, submit, or store any client-identifying information within TVR platforms, reflection activities, or coursework materials. All submissions must remain de-identified in compliance with HIPAA and professional ethics.

12. Privacy & Data Use

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information (including email addresses) will never be sold or shared with third parties.

  • By enrolling, you consent to receive program-related communications and occasional marketing emails from The Growth Collective, LLC.

  • You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in each message.

  • Course and platform communications that are transactional or essential to access (e.g., login details, updates) cannot be opted out.

13. Agreement by Use

By accessing or continuing in any TVR training — whether or not you actively check a box — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in full.
